Development Feasibility Studies and Development Services
Watercourses, sensitive species, wildlife corridors, undeveloped areas, nesting birds, and other significant natural features may limit your development potential. AquaTerra utilizes a custom checklist to identify potential development constraints and data-gaps, which are provided to client for consideration following a preliminary background search and field survey.
Data collected during the feasibility study is typically summarized in a short letter report and can be incorporated into subsequent assessments (a potential cost savings) often necessitated during the development or subdivision process contingent on municipal and regulatory requirements.
AquaTerra also offer management services to guide you through the entire development or subdivision application process, meeting municipal requirements and retaining associates, as required, for geotechnical, arborist, hydrology, septic, engineering and/or agricultural application components.
